Adding an Administrator – need password

    How do I invite someone to be an administrator? I want (email visible only to moderators and staff) to be an administrator on one of my accounts so I sent out an invite, she responded to the email invitation and was directed to the login-in page, but she doesn’t have a password yet. What is the problem? Thanks for your help.

    Hi,

    She will need to create a WordPress.com account (using that email) in order to be a user on your site. The invitation process does not set up an account for them. After doing so, she can then click on the invitation email link and gain access to your site.
