Adding an Amazon store

  I’m trying to add an amazon store graphic to my site. I’ve created a “page” for it but would like to do more than just add a link. I’ve read that I can’t add an Amazon widget to wordpress.com sites but can I at least add a visual with a link?

  That’s a “no go”. Stores are not allowed because wordpress.com blogs are non-commercial and cannot be used to transact business on. WordPress.com blogs cannot be used to drive traffic to 3rd party sites. The policy is found in Section 2, bullet of the TOS http://wordpress.com/tos/ and the “no blogger initiated advertising” policy is found here http://faq.wordpress.com/2005/12/08/adsense/

  A discreet link to your business in the sidebar or an About page is permitted.
  One discreet link to Amazon per blog is okay, but if the primary purpose of the blog is to drive traffic to affiliate programs that’s not allowed. If you’re not sure, contact support.
