Adding an audio widget

  I am trying to add this audio widget to my site from cdbaby, and cannot figure out how to do it. Anybody know how?

  Thank you. This is a special widget that comes from cdbaby.com, designed to offer people my music downloads that I created. Any ideas on how to get this formula working in WordPress?
