Adding an author's name to the homepage

  I like this theme, but one of the main things we need for our site is the ability to add the author’s name to the homepage. Is there a way to do this?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hello,

  You can change the author’s name/display name from ‘Age of Revolutions’ to any other name that you like from your ‘My Profile’ page in Dashboard.

  However, in order to do that, you will need multiply authors — so it’s not many people login to one account. WordPress allows its users to write content and gain login access in a website with their own account as long as the website administrator allows them (in short: inviting contributors).
