Adding an email subscription ala substack

    Can someone point me to simple instruction on how to add an email subscription option to my website ala Substack. This must be possible, but whenever I google it, I feel like I end up in weirdo spam websiteville.

    Hey @seanv2 ! Welcome to our forums. It is absolutely possible to add subscriptions to your site. What kind of email subscription do you have in mind?

    We’ve got our own system that automatically emails the latest blog post to email followers, and we also support other platforms if you prefer them. More info here:

    Your site also allows outside themes and plugins, so your options are wide open if you wanted to do something else. Let us know what you have in mind!
