adding an email subscription to my blog

  Hi fellow wordpress bloggers. Can some one advise me how to add an email (box/link) on my blog, so anyone who wishes to get updates, and notifications from me/my blog can type there email address and I can then send them newsletters etc.

  I hope this makes sense.

  You’re best bet would be to use FeedBurner but requires a Google account https://www.google.com/accounts/ServiceLogin?service=feedburner&continue=http://feedburner.google.com/fb/a/myfeeds&gsessionid=WpKTRYlkfarYjxUD9HMUUQ
