Adding an existing user

  Hi there – I’m trying to add a new administrator through the backend of WP, but when I input their email address I get this error message ‘The requested user does not exist.’ How can I add a new administrator? Thanks!

  The process of adding a user involves invitation as a first step. Have you followed the instructions on the Inviting Contributors, Followers, and Viewers support page.
