Adding an existing website to my wordpress account

Hello I work for a company that has a wordpress website, rel.net. I have opened a wordpress account but I need to know how to have my wordpress account connected to the wordpress acount for the website. Please advise as to the best way to do this.

It’s possible to connect this using the Jetpack plugin.

Also, I’d like to flag Jetpack Back Up: https://cloud.jetpack.com/pricing?view=products – which has been really handy for those using Jetpack and something has happened with their site.
It has the ability to restore a site should something go wrong.
