Adding an external theme to my WP blog

  I’m wanting to add an external theme to my WP blog. But I’m not seeing a way to upload the theme at all. Is that disabled on a WP hosted blog? The theme I’m wanting is this one: http://wordpressthemesbase.com/detail/993.html

  Hi. You can’t add your own theme on your WordPress.com blog. This support document explains why and provides you with alternatives:

  This being said, the theme you indicated looks a little like Motion, which exists already on WordPress.com:
