Adding an image to a page

The instructions say to drag it from my computer to the page. How do you drag something from your computer to something that’s on the computer?

To drag a file from your computer to your site’s media library you will first want to open the folder where the file is. Once you have it, you click on it and drag to your media library and drop there, like this: https://d.pr/i/6IivI3
