Adding an old post to a new category

  Hi there. I have just added a new category to my list. Now I want to update all the old posts that are relevant, by adding that category to them. Is there a short way to do this, or do I have to go in and out of each post one by one, edit and save?

  There should be a way using the wp-admin interface.
