Adding an option for newsletters

  I have a wordpress.com blog? Is there an option or widget of some sort that I can use to allow people to sign up for monthly newsletters?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can create a static Page https://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/ and then enter embed a contact form on it. https://en.support.wordpress.com/contact-form/ Then you can enter the URL of the page in a text widget https://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/text-widget/ and/or you can create a custom menu https://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/view-all/#1-create-a-custom-menu add that page into it https://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/view-all/#adding-pages

  Thank you . I created another site last night so I know have two blogs . Anyway I forgot how you instructed me to – Make my blog post ( which is the first page that pops up) my home page.

  What I want to happen is this , when people click on “Home”, I want it to take them to me front page blog post and not a blank page.

  I tried to add a page called “Home” and make ur a statistic page but all that does is pull up s blank page.

  I want it to go directly to my blog post .

  I need step by step instructions.
