Adding an themeforest pindol theme to wordpress

I have just purchased the premium package for 99 dollars, I have also set in motion the redirect of my godaddy domain to wordpress, the only problem i have is that i have purchased the pindol theme from themeforest, but i have no idee as to how to install the theme, i been under the appearance buttons and as I understand it , it should be a tab there which says “upload theme” , but I dont have this tab, do I have to purchase someting else also to be able to upload the theme or is it completely impossible ?

You cannot install themes on WordPress.com. You need a self-hosted wordpress.org site.
