Adding and updating posts

    Hello! For the past while I have been trying to update an existing post or adding new posts but every time I did that, there would be a red banner popping up saying ‘Updating failed. You are probably offline’. But it’s been doing this for a while now and every few days I go back to try to update it and it keeps giving me the same red banner, but my internet is perfectly fine when I try to make other actions.

    Hi there – Can you tell us a little more about the computer and web browser you are using? For example, are you on a PC and using Edge?

    Have you tried to see if the same error persists if you use a second browser such as Chrome or Firefox?
