Adding another admin to our webiste

    Hey! I’m an admin of knightsbw.com. And I’ve been trying to add several people as editors, etc to our knightsbow.com page. And I’ve only ever have issues with a single person. This person, has said he’d called WordPress last week and that they ran out of option s and that he’d need the domain login info for them to continue troubleshooting. I don’t know what the domain’s login info is I only know of my own account info

    This doesn’t sound right.

    1. We do not have phone support. All of the support for WordPress.com is through online channels. I don’t know who this person called.

    If you’re running on the WordPress installation then you’d get support from the public community forums at https://wordpress.org/support/

    Could you share the username that you’re trying to add to the site?
