Adding another blog to account (will they be linked publicly?)

I’m considering to add another blog to my account. But if someone is on one of the two blogs, will that person be able to find out that my other blog is also mine? I do not want people to be able to relate/link the blogs together. (Furthermore, I don’t want that if people look on google for blog a, that they will find blog b.)
(The following is unrelated, but if solved I wouldn’t even need to add a blog to my account: I have an e-mail adress I want to use for my new blog. Unfortunately it is ‘used’. But it is not used. I think I tried to create a new blog once with the e-mail adress but didn’t succeed. It would be great if someone could make that e-mailadress available again..)

When we register a username account here the email address we provide becomes our unique identifier. When we are logged into WordPress.com and register a blog it’s registered to that username account we are logged in under and to the email address which is our unique identifier. We can register as many blogs as we wish and provided we are using the same username account then all the blogs will be registered under it and the associated email account. We can change our “display name” but that display name will appear on all blogs registered under the same username account.

You have two separate email address settings at WordPress.com.
Blog notifications for the admin (like comment moderation, Likes, new subscriptions, etc) are sent to the email address at Settings -> General in the Dashboard.
Personal notifications (like comments on your post, subscription emails, and upgrade renewals) are sent to the email address at Users -> Personal Settings in the Dashboard.
