Adding another person to help create site.

    I’ve purchased hosting, domain name, and a theme. I live in the US. My friend in Australia (who I work with) is going to help me setup the site. She’s tried logging in, both with my email, and with hers, but can’t get access. How can I add her so she can help me?

    Hi there!

    I don’t see any sites on your account so I guess you’re talking about a site hosted elsewhere (not on WordPress.com).

    Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.     http://wordpress.org/support/ is also a great resource for sites using the open-source WordPress.org software.
