Adding Another Site Owner

  Hello! I need to add another site owner to this site so that I can transfer my Jetpack connection to them. They are an admin of this site (whitebarnbruno) and they do have a wordpress.com account; however, it doesn’t seem that those two are linked and I am unsure on how to link them. Thanks in advance for the help!
