Adding another site to WordPress

    I already have the domain name spreadingtheplague.com. It has contact on it that I created years ago. Yesterday, via my host, I activated MYSQL and they added WordPress to the site. I added the new site onto WordPress yesterday and everything was going well. Today, the site doesn’t seem to exist in WordPress at all. Anywhere. So I went back in this morning and added it again. Only this time it isn’t allowing me to upload my own Theme. Everything seems different. Did I add it in the wrong place? I already have 4 other sites running under my account (for different projects). Can anyone help steer me in the right direction so that I can get this back up and running and build the site? Thanks in advance.
