Adding archival posts

We have uploaded 100 picture albums with text , one per week, (20 photos per album +-) on Facebook. We would like to transfer each of these albums as an archival blog post and continue posting weekly in wordpress. We are new at blogging, we would like advice on best way to transfer these and maintain the original order.

I don’t know of any way that one can export a Facebook album out of Facebook and import it into a WordPress.com blog. Can your get an XML export file there? Do these albums have RSS feeds?

There doesn’t appear to be any way to export the albums from Facebook, I’m afraid.
You can upload multiple images to your blog at one time, however. So when you have your images prepared for upload to WordPress.com, what you can do is go to your Add Media (either your media library or to a new post and click the “Add Media” button), and drag and drop multiple images.
You can also back-date posts by editing the Publish date from “Immediately.”
I’m being vague here in case this isn’t what you want to do – but just let me know if this sounds like what you’re thinking of doing, and I’d be glad to help you with the specific steps!
