adding audio files for listening

  I want to upload or create media folders for sermon on the web page help please. its says file type not allowed for security reasons is it that or do i just need to upgrade?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  We cannot create any folders in our Media Library and no upgrade changes that. You can upload the files to your site if you have the WordPress.com Premium http://store.wordpress.com/plans/premium/ or WordPress.com Business http://store.wordpress.com/plans/business/ plan.
