Adding audio please help

I want to add audio or music in other words to my blog. I keep finding information that I need a space upgrade, but I don’t want to purchase anything. About the plugins, not sure what they exactly are. All I want is to put music on my blog for people to listen to right away without going through links like I have now. Please help me. And don’t go telling me, “Well go buy the upgrade.” And I don’t want any illegal stuff. I want everything legal!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Something like adding a video or embed html like with the videos in my blog.

Wp.COM blogs don’t support plugins.
You need the Space upgarde to upload audio files to your blog, but you don’t need it to insert music in your posts: you can upload your mp3s in free file hosting sites such as Fileden, or you can search for music already available online. See here for more:
