  Is it possible to add audio and video files to my site? What plan must I be on in order to do so, please?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi,

  podcasting requires the upload of audio files (.mp3, .m4a, .ogg, or .wav), the option is only available as part of the Premium or Business plan.

  To add video files to your site, you can either upload your videos for free at other sites like YouTube, Vimeo, etc… and then embed the video on your site or post.
  OR

  If you want to upload and host your video files on your blog, you can do that with VideoPress, which is included with WordPress.com Premium and WordPress.com Business plans. Full instructions for adding and playing your videos can be found on the VideoPress support page.
