Adding Audio to a Page

  Hi there,

  I wanted to know if anyone can tell me how to convert a m4a audio file into a useable format allowed by wordpress (jpg, jpeg, png, gif, pdf, doc, ppt, odt, pptx, docx).

  None of those is an audio format.

  To “add audio to a page”, you can convert your m4a to an mp3, upload it to Fileden, get its URL and use it as shown in par.1 of the Support doc on audio:

  You need to purchase the space upgrade in order to upload audio files.

  If that’s not an option for you, you can link to external files or use our shortcodes for embedding.
