Adding author photo to posts

  Hello,
  I’m working with a blog hosted on wordpress.com (e.g. http://x.wordpress.com).

  I want to add author photos under the post title and next to the meta info (date/time, tags, categories). How can I do this?

  Any help is much appreciated!

  “e.g.” won’t do: we need a link to your blog.
