Adding Author, updated, changing page language

    Hi and i apologize for the probably dum questions:
    Google Search Console complains about missing Author and Updated hatom statement. How can i change that so that Google is happy?

    Searching for a solution i noiced that some of my pages in Italian have the <html lang=”en-US” tag what is wrong.
    How can i change a page language after she was published using TinyMCE Advanced?
    I found a plugin “MCE Accessible Language Change” but it works only with the WP Editor.
