Adding author's/contributor's page.

Adding author’s/contributor’s page.
I don’t need a widget, I need this on a page, with an avatar, brief bio, and a link to their most recent articles.
This is very important to me and I would love if you could help me out.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Each author will have a page created automatically, like so:
http://yourhometeamsucks.wordpress.com/author/marshallcweber/If that doesn’t meet your needs, you will need to create individual pages that display the content you would like to see on the page.
-
What you could do would be to create a page for “Marshall C Weber” that included the information you listed, and then you could link to the page I mentioned on your custom page.
-
That’s pretty awesome.
What’s the best way to put the author’s on one page? I need to add the guys to the site (Btw…we’re switching from blogger). What would be the suggested way to have the list of them, a brief bio and a link to their Twitter?
Thanks so much Jackie.

To create a page like that, you will need to do so manually, but you can then use the link I gave you (modified for each author) as a “Read their latest posts” or something at the bottom.

It’s coming along well, thank you.
However, I’m trying to add everyone’s Twitter and while it links and it looks ok, the “Twitter Button” is not looking like it says it will on this
https://about.twitter.com/resources/buttons#follow
It just gives a very plain @+username.
No Twitter icon, no “follow”, etc.

If you want to make the text bigger or style it in some way, you will want to use custom CSS for that. You can also use CSS or HTML tables to style the page so that your images and text align correctly.
To use custom CSS, you need the Custom Design upgrade, which is part of the Premium upgrade you have already purchased, so you don’t need to purchase anything else.
If you’re unfamiliar with CSS or could use some assistance, we have great staff and volunteers in the CSS Customization forum, https://en.forums.wordpress.com/forum/css-customization

I was just about to write you. I’ve made by contributor’s page, but every time I hit “update” on the edits, it shifts them and messes with the final piece.
Any ideas?

My previous response was largely in response to your layout issue. :)
You can use CSS or tables to get everything to line up properly, so that you don’t have this issue in the future.
-
Thank you for all the help Jackie.
Do you know if it’s possible to change to margin widths?

With CSS you can modify a great deal of your site’s layout and design.
What you might do is post in the CSS Customization forum with specifics about what you’d like to accomplish, and a link to the page you’d like to modify, and someone there should be able to fix you right up. :)
