  Adding aweber optin to my blog? Seems overly complicated? Keeps mentioning plugins but no area to go to?

  Hi there. We can’t use plugins on WordPress.com, so there’s no way to add that to your site. You’ll only be able to use it on a self-hosted WordPress.org site. http://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/
