  Hi. Can I add a back to top arrow code to the CSS editor? If it’s possible, can someone help with the code, please. I don’t know how to code. Thanks in advance.

  You could try adding something like this to a footer text or HTML widget:

  <a href="#page">Back to top</a>

  Be sure to test it out on multiple pages to see if it works as you’d like. Let me know how it goes.
