Adding Background color to posts

  I am wokring on customizing my blog. I will be changing to the Ambiru theme with custom CSS. I have added a photo as a continuous background for the blog, but I would like my blog posts to have a different background color.

  Does anyone know how to add this in?

  I used to do that, but stopped. The way I did it was by writing the text within a colored table. You can google “table maker” and find the coding to add a colored table to your entries by using the html format.
