adding badge to site

  Hi, I’d like to add a badge to my site – I’m assuming that goes under blogroll or somewhere in the margin. I copied the info from the site in question but couldn’t see where to paste it. Adding it as a blogroll widget didn’t work. Thanks.

  Put it in a Text widget. Note that not all code will work here: some is stripped out for security reasons. If you put it in a Text widget and put it in hte sidebar and it still doesn’t work, come back here and post the code between backticks so we can examine it.

  Use a text widget to place something like what you are talking about into your sidebar:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/text-widget/
  and
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/links/text-widget-links/

  Some code is forbidden on WordPress.com. If the code you are trying to use gets stripped away, paste it here in these forums between backticks so with might suggest a work around to you.

  See what the backtick looks like to the left of the comment box. It’s on the same key as the tilde ~~ next to the key with 1 and ! on American keyboards.
