adding baner other Web on my blog

  Hello guys
  I’m new here (so saying hi to everyone ) and completely novice. My question is about banners. How can I add banners of other sites to my blog ?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The word “banners” refers so advertising banners and they are not allowed.

  Are you referring to a custom header image?
  If so please see here https://wordpress.com/themes/hero/ and scroll down to Custom Header and Background.

  Theo only advertising program at WordPress.com is called WordAds and it’s for blogs on their own domains. http://en.wordpress.com/apply-for-wordads/

  Advertising outside of WordAds at WordPress.com is not allowed.

  There are no restrictions if you setup a self-hosted WordPress.org blog instead of a WordPress.com blog, but there are some added responsibilities.
