Adding Banner to Fresh & Clean

  Under the description of Fresh & Clean it says there’s an option to add a banner in the header section, but I cant see it. Do you need to host your blog on wordpress.org? As I’m on .com.

  If so then please see the Fresh & Clean theme description here abd the live demo site. The header image is uploaded here > Appearance > Header
  Images of exactly 920 × 116 pixels will be used as-is.
