  Given your username, I think you should read these:

  Advertising is, except for a couple very narrow exceptions, not allowed on wordpress.COM. For the exceptions, see the last sentence under “Affiliate marketing blogs” in the bottom set of bullet points in the “types of blogs” link below.

  do you mean you own banners, like how to create one i got a good site for it

  to put widgets from a chose of WP widgets, go to dashborad, then appearance, then widgets, then your their, the widget to use for a HTML code for a widget is a Text widget.
