    I wanted to add my blog to a web ring. Here are the instructions the web ring provided. How do I put it in my blog?

    Add the navigation code to the exact webpage (URL) you registered while creating your WebRing account.

    You are going to have to ask them personally. You can’t add code to the theme at WP.com

    As raincoaster has said this is a no go at wordpress.com.
    We cannot edit templates > http://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/editing-themes/
    We cannot use javascript > http://en.support.wordpress.com/code/
