  i’m trying to incorporate a blog onto my website. such as some well-known websites as perezhilton.com and tvsquad.com. can anyone help me?

  If you have a self-hosted website then the best and easiest option is to host the blog yourself. Start by going to http://www.wordpress.org and download the wp software. You can ask all your questions in the forum over there too as they specifically cater for the self-hosted wordpress user.

  Perezhilton.com IS a blog. There is no other website.

  Could you be more specific about “Like That?” Just make a blog.
