Adding bloggers?

  How do i find out the emails of other bloggers if i want to add them to my blogroll, also if i want to add them as readers only, do i put them under contributors, authors or adminstrators?

  You don’t need somebody’s email to blogroll them, just their URL.

  If you want them as readers only, then you have to set your blog to Private and send them invitations. If you don’t know them well enough to have their email, I wouldn’t invite them to read a private blog.
