Adding Blogs I follow links to the widget – how to

How do I add the BLOGS I follow in the widget? I added the widget, but I’d like to add the links to the bogs I follow (either wordpress or not) and I can’t find the place to do it neither the instructions in the support area.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You do not add any blogs to the Blogs I Follow widget. That data is secured by the software and automatically updates to reflect the blogs you follow. http://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/blogs-i-follow-widget/

You can create a blogroll http://en.support.wordpress.com/blogroll/add-a-blogroll-link/
And display it in a Links widget http://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/links-widget/
