Adding blogs to 'blogs I follow'

  I am trying to add blogs and websites to the ‘blogs I follow’ or to ‘blogroll’ or Lists.
  How do i do this and remove the default ones?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You cannot add links directly into widgets. They display your actions only.
