Adding Borders on Photos in WordPress.com

  I am an artist, just starting to put my artwork up on my first wordpress.com blog. I’d like to have thin colored borders around each piece of artwork. Does the unhosted version of wordpress provide a way to add borders while building my blog site? (this is one of the features offered on blogspot, so I’m hoping that wordpress has it, too!)   This is possible if you have paid for the CSS upgrade and you know enough CSS to make the changes yourself. You can preview any modifications you want to make before commiting to purchasing the upgrade but these will only be temporarily visible to you and not other visitors to your blog.
