Adding both inline pics AND a gallery to the same post

  Hi

  I’m trying to add BOTH a gallery AND inline pics to my posts. The problem is, when I add the inline pics they are also added to the gallery, and when I remove them from the gallery they are deleted from the media library as well so I also lose the inline pic.

  For an example see the post ‘soap’: The 3 inline pics should *not* appear in the gallery in which the other 4 pics appear.

  If it’s not possible to do this, is there another way I could produce the intended format?
