Adding button for visitors to follow on instagram

  How do you add a button so visitors to the page can click to follow your instagram account? I have tried googling this and still can’t figure it out.

  Hello again!

  To create a badge, please follow Instagram’s instructions to log into the account you’d like to link to, select the badge you’d like to use, and generate the code you’ll need

  Instagram’s instructions are here:
  https://instagram.com/accounts/login/?next=/accounts/badges/#
  but you need to be logged in before you can generate the code.

  Hello,
  Can I tag onto this thread?
  I’m having the same problem and the link you sent to Badges has nothing to click onto.
  Their search facility is rubbish too as when you put in ‘badges’ you just get the badges for celebs.

  rainiekayarts – You can use this code in a text widget to get an Instagram badge linking to your account.

  That has worked, though I was a bit confused as to what I was doing as I’ve ended up with two buttons in the wrong place. It would look neater if the Instagram button could go in a line along with the other buttons that were displayed on the pages. Both buttons do though now connect to Instagram, so we’re getting there.

  Looks like you now have two similar Instagram buttons now, one as part of the Social Media widget, and one as part of a text widget.

  It would look neater if the Instagram button could go in a line along with the other buttons that were displayed on the pages.

  I’m not sure which other buttons you’re referring to, but if you provide a link to where I can see them, I’d be glad to take a look.
