adding captions on all pics in a folder that will print out on the pic when some
-
Hi Guys…. Big thing for me if you can guide me. How can I add a caption or logo to my photos posted.
I’d like the caption or logo different for each individual folder/collection of pics for a specific film we’ve worked on and have snap shots of the people (ie: we provide crowds of people to be in films like Dark Knight Rises, Moneyball, Steve Jobs etc). I’d like the caption or logo to print out when a person prints out a pic of themselves… we don’t charge for people getting their pics. I’d like to be able to do the SAME caption all the pics in one group/folder/film. Can that be doneThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there. You can add a caption to any photo that you insert into a post/page. The caption usually appears directly below the photo. See: http://en.support.wordpress.com/images/image-settings/
If you want the caption to physically appear on the picture, i.e. have the caption part of the file itself, you can’t do that on WordPress.com. You’ll need to use dedicated image editing software to do that before you upload the image to WordPress.com. A good free program I can recommend that you can use both as standalone software or as a browser-based app is http://pixlr.com/

I can also recommend http://www.picmonkey.com/ a browser app and Chrome extension by those good people who brought us the original picnik (sob!)
