  Hello …i am trying to add categories and subcategories to my posts..
  I can’t find my dashboard
  I am using my android..i don’t have a laptop

  Hello @cmercedes38,

  If you are logging in through the web browser on your Android, try going to http://cmercedes38.wordpress.com/wp-admin directly and log in that way.

  (There is also a WordPress mobile app; I am not personally familiar with that, but other users here can assist.)
