Adding Categories/widgets

  How do I change the words/titles shown on the right of my site? Current says Categories, Meta, etc…..

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  To select Widgets please see > http://en.support.wordpress.com/topic/widgets-sidebars/ To install Widgets of your choice in the sidebar that will overide the default dispaly (not real widgets) you see now > Appearance > Widgets
