Adding Chat to blog

    I found the widget, but when it says to go to plugins, I cannot find the plugin area. I have looked all over my admin page and the widget page. Where is the actual page that I can upload a plugin to activate a widget?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    While plugins are common on self hosted WordPress sites, due to security concerns, they are not available on WordPress.com. There is more info regarding WordPress.com and plugins here:
