Adding clickable text over photos

  I would essentially like to recredtnthe home page of this site https://doula.org.uk
  I don’t know how to add interactive text over my photos, or make my photos full width of the page

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  There is no tool that provides us with interactive text over images here at wordpress.COM.

  Just to clarify, incase anyone else checks this forum.
  Adding text that is clickable over images IS possible with wordpress..
  use Amazing Hover Pro.

  This is wordpress.COM.

  One would have to hire a web host and move to a self hosted wordpress.ORG site to use it. Moving to Self-Hosted WordPress
