Adding Client Login area

  I am currently creating a site for a client in WordPress, they also want a client login area created (accessed by a username/password). Basically so their clients can view work that has been created specifically for them.
  Is this possible to do with WordPress ??

  You can password protect posts and pages.

  That’s not a full fledged client login area but still protected from prying third parties.

  How do i go about that ?

  to password protect your post is simply done in the editor open the post goto
  the bottom of the page and pick a password save changes… :)

  @firstbasedesign, I think you’re talking about an independently-hosted WordPress site, rather than one hosted here on WP.com? If so, you’ll need to ask around the forums at WordPress.org, as out software is WAY more limited when it comes to this kind of thing. They can do almost anything over there.
