  What sort of code do you want to include? Some code like javascript and iframes aren’t allowed on your wordpress.com blog and you can look through the support pages to see what is and isn’t going to work.

  If you want to display sourcecode you can use the code or pre HTML tags or search for the sourcecode shortcode which does syntax highlighting for you.
