adding color to the outsides of themes

  Can I add some color to the outsides of the themes where they are grey? I am using the Diggs 3 and love it but I would like to make the grey part blue can I do this and if so how?

  you need to buy the CSS upgrade wordpress goto
  dashboard > upgrades

  And know how to use it as there is no official support for CSS. Since you can preview it for free, try editing the CSS first and see if you can get the look you want BEFORE you buy the upgrade.
